Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through AiNas.cc and related checkout pages.

1) Eligible Cases

  • Product/service is materially different from the published description.
  • Confirmed technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period.
  • Refund obligation required by applicable law.

2) Non-Eligible Cases

  • Completed digital delivery with no product defect.
  • Custom/one-off service work already performed according to confirmed scope.
  • Requests caused by buyer-side environment issues not reproducible by our support process.

3) Request Process

  • Send request to myp0151@gmail.com with order number, issue description, and evidence.
  • We review and reply in a reasonable timeframe, then provide refund, replacement, or corrective support when applicable.

4) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on the payment provider and issuing bank.

5) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is opened, we may submit delivery and communication records to the payment provider for review.
